Code of Ethics & Values

To The Citizens of Bellevue, Nebraska

The proper operation of a democratic government requires that decision-makers, such as City Council representatives, be independent, impartial, and accountable to the people they serve.

It is in this spirit that I have adopted a Code of Ethics & Values to promote and maintain the highest standards of personal and professional conduct over the next four years.

Because I seek public confidence as a Bellevue City Council Representative, my decisions and work must meet the most demanding ethical standards and demonstrate the highest levels of achievement based on the following code;

As a Bellevue City Council Representative:

I believe this Code of Ethics & Values is a touchstone for the new City Council Members to utilize in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities as active members of the City Government.
